Process

Customer Request & Planning

• Brainstorming will be conducted to assess the scope of the project.
• Clear goals of the website will be determined at this stage.

Project Proposal

• Formal proposal with cost and time estimate will be given to the client for approval.

Design Creation

• One or more initial design concepts will be developed to choose from.
• Basic look and layout of the homepage and the inner page will be presented.
• Amendments of the initial design and color scheme may be requested until satisfaction guaranteed.

Content Development

• Initial content will be provided by the client based on the approved scope of the project.

Web Development

• If needed, Content Management System will be implemented that allows administrators to input content without prior knowledge in HTML.
• Database development, flash animation and other functionality will be integrated at this stage.
• A beta version of the website will be uploaded to the staging area with clickable version of the website.
• Website will be tested for cross-platform and browser compatibility.

Site Launch

• Training for use of the web administration tools as warranted by the proposal is started at this stage.
• Upon approval, files are uploaded and site is launched.
• Project completion sheet will be signed to signify that the project has been submitted and completed.
